Eligibility: This offer is available to customers aged 18 years and over who have registered for Moore River Brewing Co.'s birthday promotion and received a valid birthday invitation email.

Offer Entitlement: The birthday guest is entitled to one complimentary main meal to a maximum value of $35.00, when dining with a minimum of three (3) other paying dining guests. A minimum of four (4) dining guests, including the birthday guest, is required.

Meal Value: The complimentary meal is limited to a maximum value of $35.00. If the selected main meal exceeds this amount, the birthday guest is required to pay the difference. Any unused portion of the $35.00 value is forfeited and cannot be applied to beverages, additional food items or future purchases.

Validity Period: The offer is valid for 30 calendar days from the date the birthday invitation email is sent. The offer must be redeemed within this period. Expired invitations will not be accepted.

Identification Requirements: The birthday guest must present valid, original, government-issued photographic identification displaying their full name and date of birth. The details must match those associated with the birthday invitation. Photographs, screenshots or copies of identification will not be accepted.

Invitation Presentation: The original birthday invitation email must be presented to staff at the time of redemption. Screenshots, forwarded invitations or altered invitations will not be accepted.

Single Redemption: The offer is valid for one redemption per eligible customer per calendar year and cannot be transferred, shared or redeemed by another person.

Other Promotions: The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, loyalty reward, special offer or discounted meal package.

Exclusions: The offer is not valid on public holidays. It applies to dine-in main meals only and excludes beverages, takeaway orders, functions, set menus and special event packages.

Bookings: Advance bookings are recommended and are subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to advise staff of their birthday invitation when making a reservation.

Group Dining Requirements: A minimum of four (4) dining guests is required, including the birthday guest and three (3) accompanying paying guests. Guests under 18 years of age may be included in the minimum group requirement, provided they purchase a main meal from the regular menu at the applicable menu price. Meals purchased from the children's menu, side dishes, snacks and beverages do not qualify towards the minimum paying guest requirement. All qualifying guests must dine together during the same visit.

No Cash Value: The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift cards, other products or services.

Availability: The offer is subject to normal venue trading hours, menu availability and operational capacity.
